CYCLONIC STORM IN QUEENSLAND (Received February 5, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 5. Heavy rain is falling on the North Coast, ensuring plenty of leed for the winter. Fioods are feared in Murwilliurabah district, where the low-lying tand is already inundated. BRISBANE, Feb. 5. Heavy rain was general over most of the State during the week-end. In many districts it was accompanied by terrific hail and cyclonic wind, which caused many thousands of pounds worth of damage to. cotton crops; also serious damage to bridges and railways by floods. Only one fatality is reported, a man being drowned in Springsure district.
