Tho transporters' and stevedores' unions have decided to refuse to touch German ships in British ports in consequence ,of the failure >of German shipowners to. negotiate in connection with the German seaman's strike.. The National Union of Railwaymeu has promised, the Transport and General Workers' Union mipport in tho event of a dockers', strike;.
