MITCHELL FIELD, New York, Nov. 10.—Forgetting to let go bis drag rope or caught in it as the giant dirigible TC-2 rose from the ground at the Army and Navy Circus to-day, - Private Aags Rasmussen citing, pigmylike, beneath it while a stunned crowd looked on. As the balloon soared to dizzy heights, the man still citing amid the swaying ropes until )iis body, swinging penclulmriliko, was hardly, more than a speck in the sky. And then ho let go. Death was instantaneous.
