Rosen, rider of Brouchvood in the Goodwood 'Handicap, was suspended for three months for interference. An inquiry was held into ' the* * running of Pilliewinkie in the Grandstand Handicap compared with his performance .in the Summer Cup. It was explained hv the* ihorse's connections that Pillicvinkic was no good on wet going, and it was decided to take 1 no action.
