Viscount Kiyouru, President of the Privy Council, who was unofficially forecasted as likely to succeed to the Premiership, has been summoned to form a Cabinet.

Tallow stocks amount to 4333 casks. The imports during December were 944 casks, and deliveries 3123 casks.
