During debate in th© Chamber of Deputies on a Bill aiming at the conservation of petrol supplies, tho chairman of committees, dealing with the subject, said Franco was confronted with British and American trusts, which might some day bo united against her. .. Ho declared Franco depended on foreigners for 90 per cent, of her supplies in peace time, and 95 per cent-, in war. Tho Bill proposes bonuses to encourage research and tho creation of an oilcarrying fleet.
