"If these girls get increased wages the extra money will probably go into Tatts' tickets," said the assessor for the employers at tho Conciliation Council sitting yesterday, when the claims of the paper-bag, carton, And box-makers for a new award wero being discussed. Mr. C Renn, one of the Union's assessors, said ho did not, think that it was any concern of the employers how their employees spent their money. I think if wo started to inquire how the employers spent their money, some of them would get hot under the collar, Mr. Renn added.
