ARREST OF CAPTAIN
tElec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.i SUVA, July 10. - The schooner Manua wits towed off the Bepa Reef on Saturday and anchored at Suva to-day, apparently undamaged. The captain was arrested on a charge of fraudulently subscribing to & declaration that there was. no cargo aboard when it was laden and carrying passengers contrary to the Customs ordinance. The captain was arrested under the Merchants' Shipping Act. t
