LABOR MEMBERS’ ATTITUDE.

LONDON, July 8. At an Independent Labor party meeting at Glasgow, it was resolved to demand that the House of Commons should unconditionally reinstate Messrs. Whately, Maxton, Stephen, and Buchanan, all of whom, it was stated, refused to withdraw their remarks and apologise.
