LONDON, July 8.
The Daily Express’ Moscow correspondent reports that Krassin, head of the new combined foreign Internal Trade Department, says tho first aim is to place Russian grain in foreign markets. The Soviet is establishing a new State Bank, dealing exclusively with foreign trade.
