LAUSANNE, July 9.
A peace agreement lias been reached, ismet Pasha after the meeting told journalists that an agree in out had been reached on all points. He declared it is “Peace.”
A -communique states that an-agree-ment iu principle was reached on -the three outstanding questions, namely, currency, in which interest on the Ottoman debt iu pay-able; concessions; and evacuation of Turkish territory-.

(Received July 10, noon.") LAUSANNE, July 9. An agreement in principle was arrived at on the following basis: — The Allies agree to refrain from Insistence on the currency wherein the Ottoman debt is to bo paid, without such an attitude precluding them from maintaining that private contracts between Turkey and her creditors cannot be modified except by agreement between Turkey and Ottoman bondholders.
On the question of concessions the agreement recognises contracts made before October 29, 1914.
The agreement also restores war material belonging to the Turks which has fallen into tho Allies’ hands.
