In connection with the conspiracy eases, Professor Fuchs was sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment with hard labor and lined 2,000,000 marks. Wunck was found guilty of assisting Fuchs, and was sentenced to 15 months’ imprisonment and fined 30,000,000 marks, with deportation at tho end of his imprisonment. Three others were acquitted.
