Tho monthly meeting of the Gishorue Land Board was held ■ to-day, there being present: Mr. V. I. Blake, Commissioner of Crown Lands, and Messrs. A. J. Cameron, and J. M' Rcid. ' - '
Tho main business of the meeting comprised committee work. "One tTansIfer w r as approved, as follows: Section 11, block XIIL, Motu (area l&LO acres}, registrar of Supreme Court in cd.t6.fo 'of. William Henry Wood, to William Luke Elimers. The application of Mrs. Constance M. Rutlodge for section 2, block XV., Moanui S.D. (c6h-. taining 1998 acres) ..was approved. Two other applications for land were approved. These were Frank MacDonald 's application for section's 1 and 4, block 111., Whangaparaoa townsliip; and James MacDonald's • application for sections 2 and 3,_ block 111., Whangaparaoa township.
