NEW YORK, May 8. A Chicago message states Lord) Curzon, on behalf of his three daughters by his first wife, joined Lady Hyde of Suffolk and Berkshire in a suit alleging mismanagement! by Joseph Leitcr and Mrs. Colin Campbell of Levi Leiter's estate. Levi Leither was a. Chicago millionaire who left his wealth to the first Lady Curzon, .Lady Hyde, Mrs. Campbell' and Joseph Leiter, his; four children, naming the last two co-trustees. Disputes between the heirs have existed! for years, finally resulting in lawsuits for the removal of the co-trustees.
