The death is announced of Mr. John Seymour Lucas, R.A., the well-known historical and' portrait painter, at the ago of 74 years. Thomas Brown and; Sons' profit for tho year is £64,975. Feeling between Hindoos and Mahommedans in the Punjab is still high. Rioting again is reported at Amritsar. One person was killed and several wounded. The situation is now in hand.
