COMMITTEE'S REPLY TO APPEAL

When the Presbytery decided to reopen t|ie Robertson (Jrr case he appealed to the General Assembly against the decision, giving reasons. A committee appointed to defend the Presbytery's action submitted replies to these reasons, which were approved. They contend! that charges were made against Mrs, Evans which were found untrue in Court; that the statement she was no longer a member of St. Andrew's Church was incorrect, and 1 that the case had. lorig ceased l to be a private quarrel, and was now a public matter.
