NOVELTY IN THEFT.
LIGHTNING RODS STOLEN. LONDON, April 23.—-A man named Cernet, arrested in Paris., for burglary, is now charged, in addition, with tha theft of the lightning conductors from the towers of Notre Dame St. Jaques. The conductors were tipped with platinum.
