White House has announced that President Harding will leave the fate of the World Court ' proposal in the hands of the country and Senate M’ithout making- a country-wide campaign. The Administration spokesmen explained that the President, having laid the plan before the country in liis speech of April 28 feels that his duty has been done, and that lie has confidence in tho outcome.
