The telephone and telegraph operators_ and railwaymen at Antwerp, Ma lines, and Liege have begun a socalled "folded arms" strike, meaning that the workers continue at their posts but do not work. The' strike is due to two hundred men who are dissatisfied m connection with the question of expenses. A general strike is threatened.
