SOVIET EXECUTIONS.
BRITAIN’S DISAPPROVAL.
LONDON, April 10.—Britain's relations the Soviet Government are approaching a crisis, says the London Daily Mail. The. “very serious consideration” which the Parliamentary Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs. Mr Ronald McNeill, declared in the House of Commons the Government was giving to its relations with Russia, refers to the maintenance at Moscow of the British Trade Mission and the maintenance at London of . the Soviet Trade Delegation. The Soviet has sent a second insolent Note to Mr. Hodgson; British representative at Moscow, .purporting to justify its previous Note regarding the execution, of the Bishop of Budkiekicz. Mr. Hodgson considers tho new NoFe unworthy of official transmission to London.
