BRITAIN’S DISAPPROVAL.

LONDON, April 10.—Britain's relations the Soviet Government are approaching a crisis, says the London Daily Mail. The. “very serious consideration” which the Parliamentary Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs. The Soviet has sent a second insolent Note to Mr. Hodgson; British representative at Moscow, .purporting to justify its previous Note regarding the execution, of the Bishop of Budkiekicz. Mr. Hodgson considers tho new NoFe unworthy of official transmission to London.
