The Canadian Government is greatly disturbed oyer the continued exodus of Canadians tor the United States, which, is rapidly overtaking immigration into Canada and! may even nullify the, extraordinary efforts and expenditure of the new campaign to bring Scottish'and English farmers to the- Dominion’. The United! States Consulate reports a largo number of applications for permits to enter the United States.
