The State Labor Executive lias accepted several recommendations madb by the Federal Labor Executive, with a view to bridging the gulf in the movement. It was agreed to replace Mr McGirr with Mr Dunn, and to restore the pre-dispute status of the disqualified leagues and unions, provided tho latter rescind resolutions attacking the executive. It also was agreed that Mr Dooley should have the right to refer his case to the conference in June, the conference decision to bo final. The Stato and Federal executives hold a further conference to-day on outstanding issues.
