SLEEPING SICKNESS.
OUTBREAK IN NEW YORK

An epidemic of encephalitis lethargic—sleeping sickness —has broken out, thirtytwo cases being reported to-day and 360 since January 1, and 112 deaths- The Health Department says its concomitant is influenza.
