. A party of Gisborne lawn tennis players will sail to-morrow for Napier,-en route, to Hastings, where the New Zealand lawn teunis .championships -are.'to be played next week. Four Gisboniites will ..take; part in .tho New .Zealand championships,; these., beinp Miss ;Margn'ret. Kennedy and Messrs N.(H. Bull, C, -Mai-goliojith,-■'.■: :artd ' H. Thompson (Motu). \ Miss Kennedy will' play, in the lhdies' ; singles;, and . with s Mr. \ Bull in the-combined, doubles.-. Messrs. Bull and Thompson .will- have a shot' at.the singles, and Mr. Margoliouth will partner .Mr. 'Bull- in.Jho men's doubles. Later. the-four players, mentioned-hnd several' other- prominent Gisborno players ' will '.participate l im th't 'Hiiw'-ke's • Bay championship competitions. . '
