It was decided not to. grant applications for additional or new tote licenses, or for an extra day's,racing, as none wa« available. Messrs W. K. Bidwill and P. Earl were appointed a'fcommittee to in'iuiro into tho matters, referred to by the Racing Commission in ,its strictures on the Takapuna and Avetidale Clubs.
