Lord Crawford, in the House of Lords, submitted the Lords Reform resolutions, which will be taken on Tuesday. They provide that the House of Lards shall If composed, in addition to peers of blood, Royal lords, spiritual and law lords, o! mumhers elected cither directly or in diroetlv from outside the hereditary peers bv fellow peers and members nominated by the Crown. The reronstitided J louse will consist of 350 members. Another resolution provides that whil' the Lords shall not amend or reje'l mnnev Bills, decisNi as to whet Iter a Bill is a. money Bill or not shall be re ferret! to the joint Standing Committerof both House.--, consisting of seven members from each House. The Sneaker of the House of Commons shall be chairman. The number of Peers nominated by the Crown is to be fixed bv Statute.
