Newspapers referring fio Signor Schanzer's arrival from London, assert that he found himself in opposition to tho British Cabinet on the question of the Near East and Tangiers. The Journal says: Wo may congratulate ourselves on the British attitude, for it gives us an opportunity to remind Italy that France is at one with her in seeking a settlement in Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey.
