Vladivostok despatches state that Japanese, troops have driven the Government's forces from the neutral zone between them and the Vladivostok Government troops. TOKIO, April 14.
Vladivostok communiques report that the Japanese cleared the Chi tans from the railway zone and are steadily pushing back their left, which is now more than 150 miles from Vladivostok.
