CRICKET.
A cricket match was played at Te Karaka recently between teams representing Motuhora and Te Karaka. The day was ideal tor cricket, and needless to say the Te Karaka team spared no time and expense in giving the visiting team a good day’s outing. The Te Karaka ladies provided afternoon tea, which was highly appreciated by all, it being a warm day. Following are the scores':—
