FROZEN MEAT OUTPUT.

The N.Z. Trade Review gives statistics of frozen meat export for the past few years. Last year's export totalled 432,169,<5621b5., being well ahead of tiny previous year except 1920. The high totals of 1910 and 1920 were due to clearances of accumulated stocks, and the 1921 figures included about 45 million pounds of old meat. Apart from these old stocks the output of last year was well ahead of the 1913-14 level, the 1914 export being 355,2.17,5421h5. The average of (he last five years is roughly .'SBO million pounds.
