WASHED OUT OF SULKY.

DORRIGO (N.S.W.), Feb. 21. Alfred Peaks, while attempting to cross the Lower Beilsdown, two miles from Dorrigo in a ,sulkv, was washed out of the sulky bv the terrific current during a flood. The horse was drowned, and the sulky was not found. Peaks was 1 saved only by being washed into some blackberry bushes. After a desperate struggle he reached the shore.
