.The South African athletes arrived and were tendered a civic' reception. They were motored around the district and entertained at the Ruakura farm. The weather is delightful, promising M’ell for the sports to-morrow. NAPIER, this day.
Judgment by Judge Chapman was delivered in the action Frank Harris, monumental mason, of Auckland, against the directors of the New Zealand Coromandel Granite Co. Harris claimed £16,000 for alleged breach of agreement. The Judge found that plaintiff completely failed to establish a. breach of duty and gave judgment accordingly for defendant.
