NAPIER’S INNER HARBOR.

START TO BEI MADE SHORTLY,

With the object of making a start on the actual work of constructing the Napier inner harbor, the Harbor Board lias commenced tho making of concrete piles at the port. Tbeso piles are to be used in improving and extending the west quay, and after they have become properly seasoned a start will be made. It is expected that tho improvement will bo commenced in about three months’ time. v.
