BERLIN, Dec. 28. A branch of the secret organisation known as the Erhardt Brigade, who work for the restoration of the monarchy, Mas discovered by the French at Duseldorf. Thirty arrests were made. Captain Ehardt, living at Innesbruck, is tho head of the organisation. Ho sends orders to a staff of personallyappointed officers, who flit from place to place to avoid discovery. Tho creation of a strong army, and tho laying in of stores of arms and munitions, are among tho aims of the organisation, which holds a secret court where even death sentences are passed, members of an inner circle carrying out the sentences. It is believed the assassins of Erzberger and Gareis belong to this band, which is estimated to comprise 16,000 members.
