It will have been noted that the preseiitaliotis of these immortal works hv Mr Wilkie’s company is now under < Hie patronage of all the most distinguished personages in Australasia, including Hie highest dignitaries of the Church in all denominations. All -Mr Wilkie’s energy and undoubted ability have been directed to setting up the highest standard of theatrical art in Australasia and to secure a- lasting return to such plays as most befit (lie English language' and leave a. truly wholesome desire for that which is most enjoyable and beneficial. This applies particularly to the young people of any eommunily, and having that in mind, a, very liberal concession is made to school children.
