The Minister for Internal Affairs hat submitted to Cabinet the representation.' of a large number of members of Parlia ment, objecting to any action being taken in regard to the Racing Commis Bjoil's report before it is considered by Parliament. The matter was very care fu|ly consjderec.}, &ta'|.<jcj l !'P Minister today, and it is now decided idiaf, action shall not be takpn on the report until the will of Parliament is known. This will necessitate the jssuo of permits to clubs previously hpjding them untjl November 30.
