BERLIN, June 9
The Tageblatt states that certain British and German industrial interests have concluded agreements to develop trade nad exploit resources in Russia. This is the result of negotiations conducted by Krassin when in Berlin recently with Hugo Stinnes. The paper adds: The systematic reconstruction of Russia will be undertaken in close touch with Russian delegates. Lenin will reconstruct the Government on a coalition basis.
