EX-PRESIDENT WILSON.

A NATIONAL TRIBUTE. NEW YORK, March 10. A national tribute to ex-President Wilson is proposed by a number of his prominent admirers. The idea originated with women who worked in the campaign to gain' support for the League. The tribute will probably take the form of a SCO,CCOv dollar fund contributed in small amounts, the interests whereof will be given as a regard to one who, during the war, had done the greatest service o humanity. The nature of the service will he defined. Dr. Wilson expressed himself as deeply appreciative of the honor.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
