Owing to Lord Sterndarle’s refusal of a temporary appointment, Lord Reading handed in Ins resignation. It is understood that Sir Gordon Hewart will be Chief Justice, Sir Fredrick Pollock Attorney-General, Mr. Leslie Scott Solicitor-General.— United ’ Service.
