THE COUNCIL has decided that a CLEAN-UP Wl-V'Jv shall be observed, and same will commence on MONDAY, 21st inst., when all Householders are requested to undertake a systematic clean-up of their premises, to collect all tins, rags, and other rubbish, and pile same ill a tidy bean near rubbish bin, or for preference place same in receptacles, and the Council's cart will i.-move the rubbish free of cost. All mis to be flattened to save space. Afi the conclusion of this Clean-up Week, the Inspector'will make a house to-house and the occupier of any premises, where an accumulation of rubbish is found, will not only bo prosecuted, but ho will also have to pay for Trade rubbish will not be removed by the Council's cart, but all Manufacturers are as'.ced to clean up refuse and have the same removed to the Depot.
