WRANGEL AT BAY.
HOLDS A STRONG LINE OP
MARSHES. LONDON, Nov. 8.. According to the Daily Telegraph General Wrangel had a narrow escape, but his forces have not been, annihilated. He now holds a strong line of defended marshes. Probably the Reds will be able to hold up Wrangel and re-send their main forces against Poland. — A. and N.Z.O.A.
