Sir, — On behalf of the Public Sorvice Association, I wish to ' thank all those gentlemen outside our association, . who 4 last month honored our members (living i and dead) who took part in the great war, by assisting our member (Mr .W. D. Lysnar) in unveiliug thp pisbornc Public Servioe Association's honor board iii the Government, buildings. There is no language in which .we can adequately express tho debt we owe, the love wo should bear, to all the dead who died for us — words arc but barren sounds; at the same time, it ,dpes comfort us to know that t]iere are, .some grateful' persons (unknown to us) ''who, ever since tho unveiling, have kept • placing beautiful flowers on the board in ... receptacles under the names of those who '/'died iti freedom's cause," and on- -behalf of the! association I wish to thank them accordingly for. their .* silent. ..-.tribute of gratitude.— l am", etc*, t .ti r.- !
