ISSUE OF WRIT. With reference to the vacancy created by the death of the late Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald, M.P.. for the Bay of Plenty, the agent returninp* officer for the Bay of Plenty district (Gisborne end); Mr. G. J. A. Johnstone, advises that the clerk of the writs has issued, by authority from the Speaker of the House of Representatives, a writ for the election of a inembei\ of Parliament from. the Bay of r Plenty district to fill the vacancy. ' Nominations will close at noon on Monday, 20th. inst., and the election, if more than one nomination is received, will i take, place on Thursday, 30th. inst. ,
