That journal announces that Francis Maynell, its director, received £75,000 sterling from the Bolshevists during his visit to Russia in 1919, and still holds this money which the* Daily Herald asks its readers if the newspaper niay accept. If the money is refused it ■will be necessary to double the price of. the newspaper.'
