SITUATION IN SIBERIA.
m* .— •' TOKIO, July 22. The armistice agreement between Japan and the Far Eastern. Russian Government in Siberia states that it is hoped the establishment of a buffer State under the united Government-} will be democratic, but not communistic. Japan, has agreed to withdraw from the buffer State, and the Russian Bolshevist armies will* be barred. — A. and N.Z.C.A.
