Dr. Nansen, who has returned from Russia, states that there are still two hundred thousand, mostly central European, prisoners, m Siberia and Turkestan. Fifteen, thousaxfcl prisoners m Siberia can be sent home via Vladivostock if tonnage is available.- — A. and , N.Z.C.A. .
