TROUBLE AT BELFAST.
• ' (Received July 23, 8.20 a.m.) •. j LONDON, July 21. \ There have been serious disturbances at Belfast shipping yards. Unionist workers held meetings and resolved to boycott Sinn Feiners and refuse to work with them. Free fights followed. A number of persons were thrown into the river and roughly handled. Some were sent- to hospital, though there were no serious .cases. Troops were called out m the evening, owing to Sinn Fein crowds gathering at spirit shops m Belfast. Troops fired over the heads of the crowd, which dispersed. — A. and N.Z.C.A.
