The Daily Express Warsaw correspondent states that there are. no signs that the Poles arc ready to consider "an armistice. Many volunteer regiments nave been formed m answer to General Pilsudski's call to arms, including a battalion of peasants armed with scythes. Countless refugees from the_ battle region are flooding Poland. Tlie Bolsheviks are fiercely striving to capture Grovno and force the Niemen river.— A. and N.Z.C.A.
