The Arahura arrived from Auckland at 4.15 p.m. yesterday, and was tendered with ono launch at 7.30 p.m. "The vessel \ left later for Napier, whence she re- i turns to-morrow morning, and will be tendered with the first launch at 8 o clock. The last launch is timed to ieavo the wharf at 8 p.m. to-morrow. Owing to delay at Wellington the iMonowai cannot leave there until toauorrow afternoon, and will not arrive Tit Gisborne until Sunday morning. She will be tendered with one launch at 10 a.m. meantime. The Te Anau, which is due at Napier this afternoon, has a large cargo for diseaarge there, and in all probability will not arrive at Gisborne until Sunday. On completion of discharge at this port the steamer ' proceeds to Whangarei direct. The J&tmo is expected to leave Greymouth with coal to-day for Napier, audi after .'discharge there comes on to Gisborne to unload the balance, about 900 toy-j. Tin- F. and S. steamer Devon is due at Gisborne from Tokomaru Bay on Tuesday. The vessel is to\load lamb for New York and Boston from the three local freezing works. The Tiroa left Auckland at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon with timber and j Sfaeial cargo for Gisborne.. -. Owing to the rough weather the Fair-'' burn has been unable to work Hicks Bay. The Fanny sailed for the Coast this morning. She is due here again on Saturday, and loads for Napier. The Awahou is due to-morrow morning, and loads for the Coast (cargo till mid-day). Passengers ex the liner Ruahine arrived at Gisborne from Auckland last Might per the Arahura. Die Arnhura has on board this trip transhipments for, Gisborne ex the Ruahine, Wosti: cath and Tahiti. The Shaw. SavilJ and Albion Company advise that ihe Kia Ora was to leave Newcastle on Tuesday for Wellington, where she is .'ue next Saturday or Sunday. Tho vessel is to load at Gisborne, Tokomaru Bay and Wellington for Lon.don via Panama . The small wooden steamer Manaroa, at present under the command of Captain Johnson, who recently purchased her from Messrs Miller Bros., Dunedin, left Lyttelton o/l Saturday for Westport, where she will load a cargo of coal for Fiji, and subsequently trade between the Island ports. The Union Co.'s steamer Kurow arriv- '. ed in the stream at Wellington at' 3.3o o'clock on Monday morning with salt. gypsum, and a. number of sheep from Adelaide. Pratique was granted, and ihe vessel berthed to put out part cargo. The vessel experienced a fair weather passage. She .was to leave Wellington ou Wednesday for Lyttelton to complete discharge. ■'. Tlie small trawler Swan was taken off the slip yesterday, and moored alongside the Kaiti wharf.
