These will be an address by Mr. Meighen, the new Premier of Canada, on general topic's of the day — Empire press cables, wireless telegraphy, press censorship, and ' the news-, print snpoly. Discussion wiH be opened by Lord Burnham and continue throuabout the afternoon, of August 4. The dismssion on the Eimpire Press Union will be on August 6. Empire partnership will be the -only general topic at the morning session.
